Are you in the HR Field and looking for a New Challenge. Our Client in Richards Bay is then looking for you. Duties as follows: ? Process monthly payroll ? Responsible for collecting, compiling and producing of payroll and ensure payroll is completed timeously ? Ensuring all Electronic transfers are done ? Reconcile the payroll ? Completing year end and producing IRP5’s at year end ? Liase with SARS as and when required ? Applying for tax directives at SARS ? Works with internal and external auditors in handling all payroll audit issues ? Handle salary queries ? Performing HR duties (drawing contracts, terminations, engagements, capturing and paying leave, full recruitment process, producing HR reports such as Employment equity, Skills development, initiating disciplinary enquiries, attending CCMA cases, liasing and sitting in union meetings, in the process of implementing the EAP) ? Assisting in the Safety department ( attending site meetings, morning tool box talk and safety audits, member of Safety committee) Must have a HR Qualification with 2 - 3 years experience, Clear criminal and ITC. Salary R20 000 basic.
